Alighten announces the launch of the new
PatioSource web site. In June 2007
Pentimenti Design contracted Alighten to program a web site redesign for
PatioSource. The project requirements for the site development were as follows:
- strict style guide adherence
- cross-browser compatibility
- tableless/standards compliant markup
- flawless print functionality for entire site
- WYSIWYG editing capability
- product database with categories, image upload/cropping, and URL rewriting
- contact form with database and easy export functionality
- image/PDF management ability
- easily expandable format to accommodate future features and pages
As estimated, Alighten prepared the project for initial client review within three weeks and launched the web site within one month of project start date.
