From time to time Alighten LLC will request to allow outside companies to view web sites that Alighten LLC has produced for you. You have the right at any time to notify Alighten LLC not to display web sites produced in contract with Alighten LLC.
Alighten LLC will not reuse "resources" used in the production of a web site in contract with Alighten LLC, without your authorization. Resources are defined as images, text, and data. However, Alighten LLC reserves the right to reuse, modify, and distribute, in any way, programming modules, code, techniques, and other portions of a web site not specified in contract with Alighten LLC.
